Pipes

Shawn and I finished up welding the pipes and got the mounts sorted out on a customers bike. He'll be putting a set of fishtails on it. If it were my bike I'd prefer to make some flared bells tips for the ends of the pipes.

frame tabs

Had a small batch of these frame tabs cut out. They're coped to fit 1" tubing nicely.

Dimples

Made a set of bars for a customer and didn't realize they would be needing dimples. Didn't have time to think too much, had to just wing it.

Done on .120 wall stainless tubing
-make a dimple die for the small hydraulic press
-heat tubing
-press
-finesse a bit with the BFH

In my head

Needed to take a few hours Sunday to play with an idea I had bouncing around in my head. At times I get more of a feeling to build something rather than a vision. Sometimes it works, sometimes it just doesn't look right. To me, the important thing is to try a different idea, move my way through a process, complete the feeling.





Some fine tuning and slight aesthetic changes and they'll feel just right.

Tapered

A customer wanter some wider z-bars built to his specs that tapered in a bit. A little tweaking, weld on some risers, and we'll be right as rain.

Narrow z-bars

You must be saying to yourself, "Does this guy make anything without narrow in the title?". Well, I like narrow stuff. I made these bars testing out some of the adjustments on the cold saw while waiting on some metal/bungs to finish up some customer orders.

1" .120 wall stainless narrow z-bars with knurling and width to fit Biltwell slimline risers on a 3.5" mount perfectly. These are up for grabs, so if you have any interest drop me a line at roche.special.79@gmail.com. Have a good weekend everybody, I've got to go walk a dog.
