soda blasting

Tried out this little soda blaster yesterday from HF. Seemed to work pretty well on some shovel heads I had.

Fast Freddie

This pic of Freddie S. always reminds me of spending time in Loudon, NH when I was younger. My cousin Jay was an engineering brainiac racing in the superbike class on the weekends. Hanging out in the pits as a 15 year old was pretty damn fun.

Couple more...

... pics from the Rumblers show. Yeah, yeah, I know they're cars and not bikes.

Rumblers show @ Ralph's

Rolled into the Rumblers car/bike show for a little bit on Saturday to check out the vehicles packing the parking lot. Couldn't stay for very long due to prior obligations, but I wanted to go and show some support to a local gig even if it was only for as long as it took to choke down a burger and a 'Gansett. Great weather and turnout with lots of eye candy.

With all the new bits

Just wanted to snap a pic of the shovel with all the new bits on it. Just have to make passenger peg mounts when I have time and that should be it.

Tall sporty done

Nickle's tall tank is ready to ship. I ended up adding 2" in the front tapering down to 3/4" in the rear.

I love this bike: Benelli 250cc single

I still have this bike in my basement awaiting a little wiring diagnosis. Headlight shell kill switch smokes and crackles a bit when in the on position. I love how simple this bike is, hopefully the issue with the wiring will be simple as well. It will be done soon Gregg, a trip to NYC to deliver will be a good time.

Oh my

Recently caught up with this parked machine in Golden, Co.

Eating a donut...

...waiting for Josh and Scott for a sunday morning ride up to NH.

pillion pad done

Sorry for the shitty photo, just wanted to share a finished pic of the leather covered pillion pad that resides on the rear of the shovel.

Eastern Boarder's new Worcester, MA location

Had a big fabrication job building steel/glass/wood display cases for Eastern Boarder's new location in Worcester, MA. Their new digs are quite nice, without being too big or overrun with ugly slatwall displays. Hand poured pool coping by Jason Widdiss on the skateboard bar/counter is just one of the kick ass details that show the continued support given to local artists and craftsmen by this Northeast skate/snow/bmx powerhouse.

I am alive.

To all who've contacted me or sent good vibes my way, thanks a ton. A rough patch health-wise will always open you're eyes to how much you take for granted.

Fabrication is underway again. Thanks to all who have been patient with me and my slow progress as of late.
