Noah's ironhead

Noah sent me some pics of his ironhead with the t-bars he picked up from me.  I don't usually like Santee bolt-on rear sections on these bikes, but this one looks good.  Don't worry, he's going to shave his fork lowers, put on a rear fender, and make a sissybar to top it off.

stainless bends

Looking forward to building new stainless pipes for my shovel once my motor is done.  Something simple with some hand-formed flares is in order I think.  Need bends, check Stainless Works.  Anyone have info on stainless shovel flanges?

Tyler's Wassel

Tyler originally sent me a photoshopped image of what he was looking to get done to his banana Wassel.  I think I was able to get it pretty close to his picture.  He's collected some killer parts for his Triumph build, and I'm really looking forward to seeing the bike finished.  Oh, if your looking to pick up some cool parts for your own Trump or just some cool shit in general, check out his company Lowbrow Customs.

Ros's modded CF tank

Some tanks give me fabricators block and I have to step away.  Luckily, Ros is a patient man because this tank took a while.  Done and ready to ship.

fully flared

This tank was on hold for a friend, but due to other financial obligations he had to pass.  Peaked down the center, flared on the bottom edges, vented cap.   All the hard work is done on this one, just needs a tunnel, tab mounts, and a fuel outlet.  Update, tank has found a new home.

Sissybah

New addition to my shovelhead.  Want to see how a knucklehead like me makes such a thing, check out an upcoming issue of  Iron Horse magazine.

banana mud wasp surprise... mmmm

Cut the tunnel out of Tyler's banana Wassel to find a good amount of mud wasp nests.  I was glad to see that they had already met their demise.

TCP shovel done

Terry's shovel is done, except for brake lines.  This bike looks meaty and skinny at the same time.  I dig it.  Fine job Toecutter, be careful of the bronze on that shiny speed machine.

It is time

Took my lunch hour today and put some painted and powdercoated pieces together.  This was the first time I was able to really look at my new bars mounted.

Tim's frame... done.

The CB350 frame is done.  I enjoy a challenge every once in a while, but I won't be hardtailing another one of these anytime soon.  I'm really happy with how it turned out, but I'll be happier to see it leave the shop.

almost...

... done with the CB350 rear section.
