Man, it sucks making z- bars. Trying to make clean repeatable cuts in tubing so the angles measure up nice was a pain in the ass with a chop saw and angle grinders.
Well, we finally have a Bridgeport in the shop so I made an adjustable fixture that just pops into the mill's vice. Now the angles will be much quicker to make exact... over and over.

I'm so copying you
the only way. I try to not make z bars that often
up next, a rotating fixture to bypass the old slug-n-weld game?
