Ryan's springer bars

Built these so Ryan could bolt them into some short risers atop a springer. Not groundbreaking or a new idea, but neat all the same.

Edit: I rembered where it was that I had once seen bars like this, it was on Eli Wolf's sportster of Cheapskate Cycles. His bike is killer, credit him (and probably others) for the cool bars.
